Katarína Javorčíková and Miroslav Gavalec of the initiative praised provisions to tighten conditions under which cases are assigned to judges and to amend disciplinary proceedings against judges so that judges can be disbarred only for listed infractions, thereby curtailing arbitrariness in proposing harsh punishments.

However, they objected to certain provisions, such as the one scrapping the option of temporarily assigning judges to a higher court with a view to boosting their expertise, TASR reported.
