ĽUBOMÍR Jasovský, who served as health minister from 1994 to 1998, shot himself on November 7.
His wife found him in their family house in Veľký Šariš in eastern Slovakia. He had a wound to his right temple and his 7.65 millimetre gun was lying on the floor next to him, the daily SME wrote.
Fifty-six-year-old Javorský worked as a dentist from 1974 and later became involved in politics.
