"[The KDH] is a mafia group," he said at a hearing at the Special Court on March 13.

He was testifying in the case of the stripping of the pyramid scheme’s assets for which Jozef M., Patrik P., and David B. have been accused.

Fruni insists that the KDH attacked his companies using the police and the judiciary. He claims they acted in the same way in the case of the Sklárne Poltár, Rašelina Quido and Tatralandia Liptovský Mikuláš companies.

Čarnogurský, Slovakia’s former justice minister, admitted he could be considered guilty, but only for not shutting the companies down sooner.
