Buyers for 49 per cent stakes in energy distributors ZSE and VSE have been confirmed as German firms E.ON Energie and RWE Plus, respectively. The TASR news agency cited a source close to the privatisation advisor as saying Electricite de France is likely to take the tender for the third distributor, SSE.
