SLOVAK packaging company Grafobal Skalica is investing more than Sk0.5 billion (€12.9 million) in the opening of a new production plant in Russia's Rostow on Don, the SME daily wrote.
Grafobal Skalica already has three foreign plants - in Lithuania, the Czech Republic and Bulgaria.
In the initial stage of the Rostow project, Grafobal Skalica plans on producing 8,000 tonnes of packaging materials and labels.
