Gross foreign debt at $19 billion

SLOVAKIA's gross foreign debt as of August reached $18.9 billion, a slight decrease compared to the previous month.

According to the TASR news agency, the nation's long-term foreign debt rose by $29.7 million to $11.3 billion.

The gross foreign debt per capita represented $3,520 at the end of August, slightly down from July's $3,534.
