Štefan Harabin will not be appointed for a second term as supreme court chief justice on February 11 as scheduled because the constitutional court has decided to rule on a complaint that Harabin had unfair access to the post.
The court has accepted for consideration a complaint by Harabin’s unsuccessful opponent for the supreme court post that Harabin, as the head of the judicial council that elected the new supreme court head, was permitted to cast a ballot for himself.
