A company called Atlas Real has announced plans to build a Sk2.2-billion (€66.1-million) multi-purpose high-rise in the Bratislava suburb of Ružinov.
Construction of the 36-storey building, which will include space for retail businesses, administration offices and around 300 apartments, is scheduled to begin next spring near the junction of Ružinovská and Bajkalská Streets. The building will also include an underground parking garage with space for 1,000 vehicles.
