THE CHRISTIAN Democrat KDH party wants to continue to fulfil the cabinet manifesto and not heighten tensions within the coalition, KDH Chairman Pavol Hrušovský said in Prešov May 23, the TASR news agency reported.
Hrušovský also emphasized his right to express his views about political relations in public. "It's one's legitimate and free right," Hrušovský commented, when ANO threatened possible legal action for libel against KDH MP Pavol Minarik. The KDH’s Minarik said May 22 that ANO Chairman Pavol Rusko is in cahoots with lobby groups and adapts ANO MPs' voting in parliament according to poll results. Responding to the accusation the ANO eventually decided not to bring legal action against Minarik. Also, Hrušovský said he thinks that Rusko still remains the problem coalition partner, and the KDH is still "searching for ways to solve the situation so that Rusko can stay in the coalition."
