Investors are interested in Krupina

INVESTORS from Canada, Switzerland, Italy, and Denmark in the machinery, wood processing, electro-technical and furniture industries are interested in establishing an industrial zone in Krupina in Central Slovakia. They should create from 300 to 700 jobs, the daily Hospodárske noviny reported.

The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) and partner development companies are mediating contacts with the investors. Igor Sýkora, manager of the Krupina industrial zone, said that in the first phase the town is offering 18.2 hectares of land to investors but it is possible to enlarge the zone to 26.5 hectares.
