Iraqis to be trained to use Slovak mine-clearer

Fifteen Iraqis will come to Slovakia next month to learn how to use a Slovak mine-clearing device. The Iraqis will be taught to use the Božena mineclearer, which is already helping Slovak soldiers in its mission to Iraq, the TASR news wire reported.

The cost of the training to the Slovak defence ministry is estimated at Sk1.1 million (€27,638). It will be carried out in keeping with the Cabinet's March 2004 resolution.
