THE IRISH government is offering scholarships for public servants from the new EU countries and candidate countries for a postgraduate study programme titled "Master of Economic Science in European Economic and Public Affairs" (MEconSc) at the USD School of Politics and International Relations in Dublin.
The scholarship covers tuition fees and accommodation for 12 months. The remaining costs are to be paid by the applicant. The programme is focused on the business, economic, legal and political aspects of integration into Europe and the European Union.
A part of the programme is a two-week trip to Brussels and Florence (the cost of the trips is included in the tuition fees). Full-time or part-time public servants are eligible, but the applicant must fulfil the criteria set forth by the MEconSc.
