The FNM privatisation agency has approved the sale of almost 92 per cent of shares in Bratislava chemicals firm Istrochem for Sk202 million ($4.5 million) to the Istrodeza firm, part of the Agrofert group. The sale contract, which is to be signed before September 15, obliges Istrodeza to invest Sk1 billion into the property, Sk600 million of which in ecological measures.
