A Bratislava III district judge has returned another case against former secret service head Ivan Lexa to the police for further investigation. The case, involving the theft of Sk4 million ($90,000) worth of weapons from the service from 1996-1998, is the second against Lexa the judge has returned. Two other cases sit in her docket, awaiting the beginning of court proceedings.
Justice Minister Ján Čarnogurský has said he is weighing starting disciplinary proceedings against the judge for obstructing justice.
