LOZ also granted the title of honorary chairman to Kollár in recognition of his past contribution. Kollár led major industrial action in late 2011 in which hospital doctors submitted their resignations en masse in a bid to get their salaries increased. This led to a state of emergency being declared at dozens of hospitals. The government eventually yielded, and approved an average salary increase of €300 per month for doctors working at hospitals run by the state and regional authorities.

Visolajský said after the election that his priority would be to introduce anti-corruption measures drawn up by LOZ. He said he also wanted to prevent disadvantageous contracts between hospitals and private entities from being signed.
