The Hospodárske noviny daily wrote on Tuesday, June 25 that this investment is the biggest in the last several years. However, the jobs will be also supported by state, as Mobis will receive €5.7 million in tax relief. Originally, the company asked for almost twice that amount. “We negotiated the reduction of the state aid to the currently required sum,” Economy Ministry spokesperson Stanislav Jurikovič, told the daily. In return, Mobis is to keep the new employees for at least five years.
