THE EASTERN Slovak city of Košice is among four possible sites that the German utility-vehicle maker MAN Nutzfahrzeuge is considering for the location of a new manufacturing plant, the Národná Obroda daily wrote.
The company is also considering two Polish towns, Vlastislav and Starachovice, and Miskolc in Hungary as possible sites.
The plant should start operations at the end of 2007 and produce 15,000 cars per year in the initial phase.
