Lajčák provided Vidricaire with Slovakia’s positions regarding issues under discussion within the alliance.

He said that most important for Slovakia are trustworthiness in the preparation process of the Strategic Concept, the need for consensus among member states in discussion of its final form and an emphasis on closer cooperation between NATO and the European Union, as well as a concept article dealing with solidarity of members in case of an attack on any of them, the SITA newswire reported.
