A SURVEY carried out by the MVK agency for the daily SME reveals that just over 67 percent of people are against university fees.
Pavel Haulík, chief at MVK says that people have started to protest against the reforms because they think they will be too much of a burden for them.
According to Haulík, the Education Ministry has had problems in presenting the reasons behind the introduction of fees. It has also had to deal with public protests on the issue.
Parliament is currently considering the new law that would lead to the introduction of fees for university study in Slovakia.
