A STATE prosecutor requested that financier Jozef Majský be remanded in custody until his trial on charges of fraud and founding an organised crime group.
Majský, along with cohorts Patrik Pachinger and David Brtva, is charged with fraudulently obtaining the property of pyramid schemes BMG and Horizont in spring 2002, leading to the crash of these firms and the loss of over Sk16 billion ($380 million) in client deposits.
