Although the Justice Ministry has withdrawn an extradition request concerning former privatiser and Devín Bank chief Karol Martinka, who now lives in Vienna, Martinka has said he will not be returning to Slovakia, where he still faces fraud charges in connection with the 1996 privatisation of the Piešťany spa facility.
