Movement for a Democratic Slovakia (HZDS) chief and presidential candidate Vladimír Mečiar said April 25 on Markíza TV that, if necessary, he would go to court to confirm the alibi of former Slovak Intelligence Service (SIS) director Ivan Lexa in the abduction case of Michal Kováč Jr. to Austria.
On the television program, the former prime minister confirmed that at the time of the abduction, Lexa was at the Slovak Cabinet Office.
