MOL increases Slovnaft holding

The Hungarian MOL refinery took an additional 31.6 per cent of shares in the Slovak Slovnaft refinery on Sunday to become a 67.8 per cent Slovnaft owner. The transaction, worth $360 million and including a transfer of 10 per cent of MOL shares to former Slovnaft owners Slovintegra and Slovbena, was a follow-up to MOL’s capital entry of Slovnaft in 2000.
