PERSONNEL changes were made at Slovakia’s oil transport company Transpetrol at a special shareholders’ meeting summoned on November 20 by the majority owner, the Economy Ministry.
Economy Ministry spokesman Branislav Zvara said that changes had been made to Transpetrol’s board of directors and supervisory board.
The new members of the board of directors include Sergej Zápotocký, who served with the VSŽ company under its late owner, Alexander Rezeš, and Vladimír Balaník, a close associate of businessman Juraj Široký, who also became a deputy chairman of Transpetrol’s board of directors.
