The first factory of the Shoe Fashion Group of eastern Slovakia’s Bardejov, 100 per cent owned by an Austrian parent, officially opened yesterday with 70 workers. Final investments are expected to be 8-9 million euros, with the firm employing 500 people and producing 5,000 pairs of shoes a day.
