ONLY a third of members of parliament (MPs) know how to use computers, the daily Národná Obroda has claimed.
According to the newspaper, while all MPs are provided with expensive notebook computers, some are not only ignorant of how to use them but have given them as gifts to friends and family.
Before the end of this year MPs will receive new and better notebooks provided for their work at parliament, costing as much as Sk170,000 ($3,470) each.
