Nová Ves loses Belgian investment

HOPES that a new factory operated by the Belgian company PDC Brush would open in Nová Ves, a village in the Veľký Krtíš district that has a 25-percent unemployment rate, have been dashed. The anticipated plan for the plant in the village to produce cleaning tools fell apart after there was a sudden change in the ownership of the Belgian company, according to an April report in Novohradské Noviny, a local newspaper.
