MANAGERS of the Slovak oil refinery Slovnaft found a bug in the room where the company’s board of directors holds its regular meetings. The company has contacted the police about the spy device.
Slovnaft refused to speculate about the motives or actors behind the bugging.
At their May 27 meeting, the shareholders divided last year's profit, which exceeded Sk2.7 billion (€67.4 million). Each Slovnaft shareholder will get Sk132 (€3.29) a share, the daily SME wrote.
