A SURVEY conducted by the ACRC agency during the second half of last year shows 58 percent of respondents either frequently or occasionally consider changing their job. Three percent have already decided to take the step, while 39 percent have never considered changing their job, SITA wrote.
The main reason for dissatisfaction was insufficient compensation, which constituted 52 percent of responses. About 16 percent said they worked too hard.
Bad relationships with colleagues was the reason for 23 percent of respondents' troubles and 12 percent were unhappy about their relationship with their boss or subordinates. Unfair treatment from their boss upset 10 percent and another 10 percent were frustrated by insufficient promotion opportunities.
