The proposal to partially curb MP immunity from prosecution, submitted by Speaker of Parliament Pavol Paška for the ruling Smer-SD, has to be rewritten.
The proposal was submitted by SNS caucus chairman Rafael Rafaj on February 12, the SITA newswire wrote.
Seventy-three MPs voted to return the draft for revision, including some from all coalition parties. The Speaker of Parliament was the only MP for the coalition who voted against the proposal. SITA
