FINANCIAL group Penta wants to rent indebted hospitals through tenders
in three Slovak regions - Trenčín, Banská Bystrica, and Prešov.
According to the business daily Hospodárske noviny, Penta, which already
holds influence in two health insurance companies, also plans to buy a
network of 100 pharmacies and invest in hospitals through its companies Mirakl and Vitesa.
The company also plans to enter the Czech Republic's health market as well as two other neighbouring states.
Penta refuses to publish the value of its planned investments.
