People are most satisfied with Kiska

Prime minister’s performance is evaluated the worst.

Of the three constitutional representatives, people are most satisfied with the performance of President Andrej Kiska. As many as 69 percent of people said they are very or rather satisfied. On the other hand, 26 percent said they are not satisfied, according to the poll carried out by the Focus agency between August 11 and 16 on 1,002 respondents.

Speaker of Parliament Andrej Danko (the Slovak National Party-SNS), with whose performance 51 percent of respondents were satisfied and 35 percent were not, came second. People were the most dissatisfied with Prime Minister Robert Fico. Only 36 percent expressed their support, while 60 percent were dissatisfied, the TASR newswire reported.

The poll also suggests that those most satisfied with Kiska’s performance are voters for Freedom and Solidarity (SaS), with 86 percent, the Ordinary People and Independent Personalities (OĽaNO-NOVA) with 79 percent, and We Are Family with 77 percent of respondents. The most dissatisfied are voters for the far-right People’s Party – Our Slovakia (ĽSNS) with 61 percent, non-voters with 37 percent, and SNS with 26 percent, TASR wrote.

As for Danko, he received the most support from voters for SNS (94 percent), Smer (86 percent), and Most-Híd (53 percent), while the most dissatisfied are voters for SaS (61 percent), ĽSNS (60 percent), and OĽaNO-NOVA (60 percent).

The most satisfied with Fico’s performance are voters for Smer (99 percent), SNS (45 percent), and Most-Híd (32 percent). The most dissatisfied are OĽaNO-NOVA voters (93 percent), SaS voters (92 percent), and ĽSNS voters (90 percent), TASR reported.
