ITALIAN group Pirelli plans to invest €30 million (Sk1.2 billion) in the Eurovalley industrial park in Záhorie in western Slovakia through its electro-cable company, Kablo.
According to the SME daily, cable production should be launched in 2006 and the planned annual output should reach a value of €70 million (Sk2.8 billion).
Juraj Lettrich, the director of Eurovalley, said that the plant would employ 300 people.
