ON AUGUST 4, Slovak PM Mikuláš Dzurinda met with Scott Thayer, Charge d'Affaires of the US Embassy in Slovakia.
Thayer is due to leave Slovakia, prior to the arrival of a new US ambassador.
The officials appreciated the current level of bilateral relationships between Slovakia and the USA, describing them as unproblematic and friendly, the SITA news agency wrote.
Thayer said that bilateral relations between the two countries would continue to develop successfully.
