The fine was imposed last year but ST appealed the verdict.

ST insists, however, that the PMÚ verdict is not correct and that it will take the case to court.

ST president Miroslav Majoroš said that after taking all legal steps in Slovakia, it is also determined to take the case to European institutions.

According to the PMÚ ST failed to provide access to local loops to its competitors, thus hindering competition.
