The police did not provide any further information, claiming that this may disrupt its investigation, TASR wrote. Kudlička reportedly assumed leadership in the Takáčovci gang after Ján Takáč was shot and killed with an automatic gun while driving his luxury SUV in Bratislava in 2003. Police have not caught the killer. Police are not providing any information as to whether Kudlička is in custody or still at large.
