On August 19, the police said it could not prohibit anyone from accessing the disputed land, despite a preliminary injunction by the Žilina District Court banning all unauthorized access. The police changed its decision August 20 after consulting with Interior Minister Vladimír Palko, Justice Minister Daniel Lipšic and General Prosecutor Dobroslav Trnka.
