A SURVEY carried out by the Median agency showed that only 29 percent of Slovak voters have decided to vote in the upcoming elections to the European Parliament.
According to the Slovak daily Pravda, as much as 41 percent of respondents would definitely or most likely not participate in the elections.
The survey also showed that the opposition party Smer would gain 26 percent of votes in the elections, while the Movement for a Democratic Slovakia, another opposition party, would gain 24 percent. The ruling Slovak Democratic and Christian Union would rank third with 14 percent of the vote.
