Honeywell plans to produce turbochargers in Prešov, planning to create around 446 new jobs in the process. The overall investment should reach €38.3 million. The Slovak government has approved investment support reaching €19.15 million.

"Of course, we're satisfied. It's an important step towards building the plant. The construction work should progress quite rapidly," Honeywell representative Cristiano Cestaro told TASR after the council's decision.
