Lipšic could face a sentence of two to five years in prison if found guilty of unlawful killing, though he could receive a suspended sentence, Deputy Bratislava Regional Prosecutor Oliver Janíček told the TASR newswire on July 19. The former MP hit a 72-year-old pedestrian on a Vajnorská Street crosswalk in Bratislava on September 19, 2016.
