The criminal complaint states that the conditions of the tender for renting the premises in Košice were disadvantageous to the state and tailor-made for only one bidder.

The tender was won by the only bidder, Nitra Invest owned by SDKÚ member Ondrej Ščurka. The tender was recently endorsed by Prime Minister Iveta Radičová who said it had been transparent even though Transparency International Slovensko and the Fair-Play Alliance had requested that the tender be cancelled.
