Radičová sends Putin telegram of condolence over airport blast

Slovak Prime Minister Iveta Radičová sent a telegram of condolences to her Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in which she said she was shocked to hear about a bomb blast that killed more than 30 at Moscow's Domodedovo Airport on January 24, the TASR newswire reported.

"In the 21st century we can't tolerate hurting innocent people," wrote Radičová.

The bomb blast at the airport's arrivals section killed more than 30 people and some 130 were injured. The deadly suicide bomber is thought to have been from the northern Caucasus.

Slovaks were also reported as injured, including well-known actress Zuzana Fialová who was slightly wounded after her arrival at the airport, TASR wrote.
