RÁDIO Slovensko, public broadcaster Slovak Radio's (SRo) first channel, is the most popular radio station in Slovakia.
According to a public opinion poll by the Media Research Department of Slovak Radio (OMV SRo), 34 percent of respondents stated they had listened to Rádio Slovensko in March.
The poll was conducted between March 14 and 20 on 3,399 respondents aged over 14 years.
The private Rádio Expres followed with 29 percent of listeners, while third place went to Rádio Regina, SRo's fourth channel, which attracted 14.1 percent of listeners.
The following places belonged to other commercial radio stations. Fun Rádio was most popular with 11.2 percent of respondents, and Rádio Okey with 9 percent of listeners. Rádio FM, SRo's third channel, followed with 6.2 percent of listeners, while religious broadcaster Rádio Lumen came next with 5.2 percent of respondents.
