I believe that according to a compromise proposal doctors are able to refuse an abortion in line with their religious beliefs. As long as it is not an immediate emergency and another doctor can be found, there shouldn't be any big problem.
I'm not privy to the exact rulings of the concordat, so maybe I'm speaking out of line without knowing all the details.
However, hopefully, they will be able to come to an amicable ruling that everyone can accept.
