I have always been proud of my Slovak ancestry. My parents and grandparents taught me this: A family is one: a community is one: a team is one: and a country is one. Nothing succeeds like all working as one.
I am as proud of Slovakia as I am of the US. We all have faults, but we come together as one when needed. A hockey team is one, and they did a fantastic job winning the Gold. My congratulations to all of them.
