Critics will always exist when politics is discussed but I think the majority of people who understand trade policy and macroeconomics welcome the developments to the Slovak economy since Dzurinda took power. The market system can work for nations and Slovakia is finally making it work for them. Lets hope more FDI follows and OECD recommendations are met. The last thing Slovakia needs is another populist who scares prospective investors. Social needs will only be met if the private sector is productive.
