I must say for myself that I am also confused about what the EP people will be doing for their countries. Immigration, agriculture, employment, and laws to fight crime are mentioned, if I understand correctly.
If the Slovak government wants better participation at the elections, I believe that they must make it and the importance of the EP a bit clearer to the public. Maybe The Slovak Spectator could clarify just what the responsibilities and duties of the EP are?
