I would like to know if Getrag Ford Transmissions will follow US Steel's lead with a similar type of "affirmative action" programme in Košice, and whether they will be following Ford's worldwide anti-discriminatory hiring policies or whether they will try to avoid their corporate responsibility to the community as a whole.
I know it's early, but I am eagerly awaiting the company's announcement in this respect. It is something its US-based labour unions and socially responsible investment fund managers will want to know.
