Excellent article ["Mayday: Corruption thrives in 'post-communist' Slovakia]", By Tom Nicholson, Opinion, Vol.8, No. 17, May 6-12].
I was only today telling my work colleagues over lunch how lucky they are to live in Australia, of the widespread corruption I have witnessed many times in Slovakia and some other countries. Hopefully, in time, change will bring all this to an end. Life should not have to be this way. I hope concern will override apathy.
PS: I do love Slovakia!
