At least we will be able to see whether the laws that our European governments make for Europe apply to everyone or everyone except US companies.
This could be a very important case for European industry. The result will show whether Slovakia really is on the world map or an unwitting servant of major multinationals with a huge profit in mind.
The worst thing that can happen is that polluting companies will not invest in Slovakia - but this will leave an open playing field for others to invest - and there are many more to come.
